Exactly that kind of thing, but was sure I'd be able to find some for free...

Perhaps the internet can't provide everything that I want?!

Sorry i dont know of any free downloads. tbh i just row to what ever the gym has on, occasional i take mp3 with something on, i seem to have a couple of preset rethemes i get in to for longish stints then my balls out sprints.
