This lady loves motor bikes and would love to have a photo on one!
Number one I don't have a motor bike or a suitable studio at present or a suitable amount of money for the job to hire anything so I put up a white sheet in her room and stood her aside a wooden chair with her arm out. Two small, soft, flashes at 45 degrees to light the scene evenly - which also lit up the white sheet making it very easy to remove afterwards.
I removed the chair, invented the background, put in the motorbike and inverted it on a second layer to make the reflection.
It took a bit of fiddling to take her left leg off, put a shadow behind it and put it back to make it look more realistic.
To make the shadow of the bike, ctrl + J to create another layer with it on; ctrl + shift + delete to make it black and transform/ distort to drag it into the right shape.
Could be a bit better if I spent more time but she was very pleased with it and that's all that matters in the final analysis.
She said that I could show it as long as I don't show her face so who am I to argue . . . . . .
That's an electric toaster she's got her foot on by the way.

Hi, I'm afraid I can't comment, having her face blurred out doesn't stimulate me to comment. Just ruins the photographs...

i think the OP is more interested in seeking a response to the Photoshp work than the model.
As it is, maybe because of the size of the image, it almost looks like a toy to me

Posiview . . What's the face got to do with it?
New2me . . I cropped it and made it much smaller to put it on the thread . . .

no doubt there's some good skills there superm... I mean Clark ;) but you could have the longest edge at 1024 :)

wish that popped out of my toaster :lol::lol:

i quite like it, i think the colours go pretty well to-gether, nice reflection of bike, the only real niggle is the proportion the bike seems small,
could you not have transformed it i bit,

is the bike a knucklehead

Don't know what the bike is. It's just a stock pic.
Size of bike seemed OK. If it was transformed bigger, her foot wouldn't reach the floor.
Next time, I'd maybe bend the leg so it seemed to be on the the foot rest but trying to visualize it when you haven't done it before is pretty difficult.
Perhaps one should do a rough sketch beforehand to get an idea of shapes like those boards that they do in films

The idea really, is to show that you don't always have to spend vast amounts of money to achieve your ends

I like the effect- good effort:thumbs:. I'm aware how slow manipulation can be so I think you've done a good job.

Certainly given me some ideas. What about a seat that would be the same height as a bike with green cloth or something to aid keying? Might allow for a more relaxed pose as it looks a bit rigid perhaps but only if I was nitpicking.

Good idea. At the time though, it was an idea that just popped into my head and didn't have a bike ( or even a photo of a bike ) and didn't know how high a bike seat is.
More preparation next time.
Might have a go at a horse. . . . . . . .

great minds- yon horsey was what I was thinking:lol:

a horse on a bike

In addition, the bike reflection looks wrong, and she isn't in the reflection - perhaps she's a vampire???

her foot and leg are in the reflection.
I would like to see a floor that would give a glass like reflection, but such a heavy shadow too

actually, the more I look at it, the more I find fault, so i'll leave by saying, nice attempt
