Just ordered a Manfrotto 393 from Morris. Telephoned them first and spoke to a very helpful and friendly woman. Even took the time to check the item was in stock physically. Top service and quick delivery, highly recommended :thumbs:
 
Had a few thing's from there myself and have always been helpful..
 
Use them myself, lucky for me they are local, so tend to pop in, never had bad service from them at all, they are all very helpful.
 
Ordered the tri grip 8:1 kit online last Tuesday. Waited till Friday, no sign or contact regarding delivery. Have to personally contact them to be told they are waiting for lastolite for the stock.
Had to contact them on Monday again to be told that they have gotten the stock and have posted them next day.
Got it Tuesday as told. There is a minor cut on the diffuser panel but didn't bother to contact them to avoid all the hassle.
Overall turn around of 1 week. Personally I would call in and order through phone in the future. To be fair, they did post it next day.
 
I have ordered a few items from them..mainly Think Tank products and have found their service to be very good, providing the item is in stock. To be honest and fair to them, I did ring about a tripod case and they said straght away that the item isn't in stock before I placed the order..

A few weeks later, they had stock of the said case so ordered it there and then :)
 
On advice from TDODD ordered a Flipside 400 for £49 and they said if I bought something to put total above £55 it would be postfree.
Well impressed. Also highly recommend.

I popped in last saturday and was very impressed, plenty of stock and very friendly and welcoming staff
 
I got my Lowepro AW400 Pro Trekker from this company at an unbelievable price and delivery charge - arrived within 24 hours + was kept informed every step of the way by a very polite lady.

Have to admit I was impressed.

I got a lowepro bag and a op-tech strap from them and they were simply great!
