Hi all
So I am having a mare of a time trying to get some images ready to get decent prints from DSCL and I just cannot seem to get it right. I am using Fotosizer to try to get the images all at 300 dpi and the 2100 X 1500 pixel dimensions they are asking for.
Currently the images are all high res jpg between 5-13 MB in size and between 4-6000 pixels at 800 dpi. They are all sized correctly in the 7x5 inch size I want. when I try to cut the pixel size down and turn them to 300 dpi I am ending up with file sizes that start from 150kb! This is far too low for a decent 7x 5 print is it not? Im not sure why the size has been cut so much and I just cannot seem to get the various adjustments right to give me images at 300dpi at the correct resolution and file size.
it is doing my head in now so can anyone point out exactly where im going wrong or does anyone know a simple software that can easily resize files in bulk? Or can I just upload the original images in all their huge 800 dpi glory as long as they are in the correct size?
 HELP!!
