I did actually post in this forum several months ago, but since then I changed computers and kind of forgot about the site to be honest. So this is a reintroduction for me. I'm planning on using it a bit more now.
Also.. I'm looking to get a new lens, I've been looking at wide angle lenses and fisheyes for my 350D, all of which are pretty expensive. But is it worth me upgrading my standard lens first?
Most of my photography at the moment consists of live music and landscape stuff, but I'm hoping to be able to visit a few more urban areas and play around with shapes and colours a little, try and capture a new environment (I live in Devon, you're in trouble when you get bored of taking shots of hills and beaches). Can anyone recommend the best kind of lens for music photography (at energetic shows)..
I'd appreciate any advice on either the composition or the technical settings for those three shots. Thanks a lot.
