Don't waste time with all that guff it's years old!
It's all done on line now.I knock mine up sat at the computer with a coffee and sandwich.It usually takes about 40mins, payment by credit card. Amateur Photographer are 25 yrs behind!:shrug:

How does that work? Money claim is for getting moneys from people who owe it you, copyright infringement has nowt to do with that ?

if they've used your pic without ypur permission you sent them an invoice for the usage - if they don't pay you use money claim - simples
only point of note is that your invoice has to be reasonable, you won't win if you demand massive ammounts without being able to prove the rationale
