More expence

Only had the camera about four weeks, (canon 450d) a week later I joined up, asking advice on a longer lens, on advice given I purchased a Sigma 70/300 APO DG macro, last week I went out and got a camera bag and filters, more evpence...I took everything with me as I was up in Edinburgh with work on Wednesday, took all next day to get back to Derby, calling at North Berwick, St. Abbs, Eyemouth and a couple wet land sites before rejoining the A1..
I think I can get used to this semi retirement, but this weekend I am in London, and I will need a flash, as anyone got any in mind ?? I know nothing at all about them, but believe I require a swivel/tilt and a dedicated one??? I would like to spend around £100 to £200 as this is only hobby photography.

Canon 430 EXII would fit the bill nicely,but you might have to buy online though to get it within your budget....

for 188 quid you can get a 430EXII with a stofen on amazon http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/ASIN/B001AXFV5A/watersphotogr-21/ref=nosim delivery should bring it into about 200 ish
