More comparison help - original or "merged"

Sorry if this is getting a bit boring but here's another I've just edited - 2nd shot is a "merge" of 2 Tiff files created from the original RAW. Which one works for you (if any) ?

1stn one is more natural, the 2nd is ... urm false the forground colours dont match the sky.. its grey not sunny

First one for me, although ideally something between the two would have retained a little more foreground shadow detail.

I like them both, once I'd cropped the blue coloured foreground out.
I can imagine the sky actually, grey cloud looming nearer to the last bit of blue sky, just a shame it doesn't look natural.
