I don't think it comes across as arrogant. I think it makes just as much fun of the aristocracy as it does of the chavs... and in some circles I'm not sure who is worse!

Great stuff made me laugh.

Yah, I think it deserves serious consideration, doncha know? Let's look at this objectively.

1. It will give the hunting fraternity something to chase, so they'll be happy.

2. It doesn't involve small furry animals with big brown eyes, so the animal rights fraternity will be happy.

3. If it works better than ASBOs the rest of us will be happy.

Perhaps someone should apply to the Lottery-wallahs to fund a feasibility study.
 
Agreed totally with woadrage - should we start a movement?
