Yes
I am currently running a 22" monitor which is now showing its age.
Therefore I am looking for new. Possible around 27".
My questions.
LED or LCD ?
If I go larger, does this mean I will need another graphics card ?

Don't know what your current card is or what resolution your current screen is or that of the replacement, or what you do with it.

Without having any details on current Gpu or screen resolution it's hard to say.

However a reasonably modern intel motherboard chipset can run some pretty high res for 2d work.

Depends on specs and what your intended use is really.

Thanks Neil.
Yes sorry should have mentioned.
Main work is editing photos in Photoshop cs5.
I should know ( but I don't) what my current graphics card is, how can I find the data for this. My resolution at moment is 1280x 800.

EDIT, I am running windows 7. with a NVIDIA Geforce 8400GS.

GeForce specs say it can run 1920 x 1200

Thanks Gary, Been offered a 27" Acer LED Monitor 1080p HDMI & VGA ports. Think that should be ok.
