I was hoping for some thoughts on this monitor?

I'm trying to learn all I can. I'm a gamer, well I was before the kids came along! So always focused all my energy and pennies into the gaming PC and just got the cheapest and biggest monitor. So now trying to get my head around what's needed in a decent monitor for editing.

Thank you so much for the input! Much appreciated. Do no you mind me asking what's the main difference in the 2? Is it just the size? I just want to learn more about the specs and what it is that makes for a good editing monitor.

And as a general rule, how long would you hold onto a monitor before you think an upgrade will be needed?

1440P instead of 1080 (spit). The larger size will be helpful too. It's not for gaming especially though.

Oh I just reread my post.... I did not actually intend for it to sound like I needed it to game on as well. I'm totally focussed on making all the investments for improving my photos.

Works fine for gaming at 60fps on COD Warzone.
