Mobile websites

Does anyone have any advice on building a mobile website? Dont know where to start!

Really it is just like designing a normal website, just design it with the smaller screen size in mind and optimise graphics to take into consideration people may be on mobile connections.

Are you using wordpress? if so a lot of themes also have a mobile version.

I did my website using Clikpic not Worpress unfortunately, which doesn't have a mobile website facility...
