Mobile phone advice needed

Hi I am looking for a mobile phone for my daughter I am looking at either a motorola moto g , samsung galaxy ace or a nokia lumia 520

If anyone has any views ....or is there something else out there budget is between £100 and £150

Just got a Moto G and i'm impressed with the quality for the money, 16gb is just over your budget @ £159ish.

The Moto G is possibly the best value mainstream brand just now, the only let down is an 'average' camera.
I'd go for the 16GB version though, my 16GB one already has 6GB of stuff on it which would be concerning if I'd gone for the 8GB.
Mind I could do without half the stuff on it if need be.
