Guys, iv been trying to get it to save RAW to the CF card and Jpg to the Sd card but cant seem to get it right.. there are different pre-sets that you can run through but none seem to do what im after..

Any ideas??:shrug:
 
in fact its not writing to both cards simutaniusly at all.. theres a little arrow showing which card its writing to but it wont show on both.. i gotta get the manual out again!! lol..
 
iv sorted it now! thanks Nat. it was a setting nowhere near the image quality settings but in record func + media select..
Then when i select the func button at the bottom i can change it all to what i wanted..

even after reading the manual there are some functions that I haven't a clue what they actually do :shrug:
 
lol.. i know, but some are handy, idf a little un-nessesary!! lol..
 
It's easy, but will be hard for me to explain.
So her we go.
1- Hold down the function button and turn the wheel on the back.
2- Turn the wheel untill it shows RAW under the 1 card and L under the 2nd card symbol in the small window thing.
3 - When you have done that press menu and go to record function+media/folder sel.
4 - Then select Record func. rec separately.
5 - Chose the 2nd option (Rec separately.
Your done.

You can also do an auto switch so when you fill card 1 it will switch to carf 2 and record on that one.
