Mitsubishi Dye Sub - Print Count
I just read another post in the For Sale section and some great info was given in the thread.
Ever since I bought my Mitsubishi Dye Sub printers, I could never find out how to read the print count. Well in the post mentioned earlier, a procedure was mentioned whereby the print count for the print head could be identified.
Here is how it works.
Power up the Printer whilst holding the Paper Feed/Cut button and the Open Door button....Hold them in untill all lights illuminate, Then release the two buttons... wait for the printer to bleep, then hold in the cancel button for approx 5 seconds....Some 20-30 seconds later the test print is printed and this has the print count on it....Now this works for the 9550DW and the 9800DW.Brilliant
Please note this procedure has not been verified by the manufacturer so please note, If you use this procedure and it causes your equipment to fail in any way, It is your own responsibillity.
Anyone know how to do the same for the Mitsubishi CP3800 ?
