I am not sure this would be comedy, it's development is based on "Japanese Ingenuity coupled with German Ergonomic Design ( Leica )" made in China and based on the specification,out of the top drawer.

There are lots of people,based on the fact that it is a new development lens who quiet rightly are sceptical,but,some of the preview shots look very impressive for the price.

You decide and you takes your chance,but,comedy,I do not think so.

It should do. The spec says that it is AIS & the FE2 & FM2 are happy with AI.

Found a review for the Pentax version & doesn't sound great.

85mm is a missing length in my primes but based on that, I think I would prefer to pay more to get the Nikkor. Especially as it isn't silver. Yuck
