Missing Curves Dialogue Box in PS7 - Help Please!!

Something strange has happened to my PS7 Curves dialogue box – it’s gone missing.
I’ve had my laptop connected to an external wide screen monitor but now it’s disconnected the Curves dialogue box, although active (since the dropper can be screen), is not visible on the screen. I can hit esc & return to PS7 as normal, but still can’t access Curves (either ctrl+M or via the Image->Adjustments route).
I’m hoping that once I plug the monitor back in it will appear outside the range of my laptop screen, but does anyone have any suggestions please?

Have you tried clicking on the reset workspace option?

Yep - resets the standard pallettes but no curves...!!!

You will need to find the shortcut in windows for opening the maximise, minimise, move menu (alt + something) on the top left of the curves dialogue box (practice on another dialogue or window) then using the shortcut and cursor keys move it back......or try setting windwow up to open all dialogues in the centre of the screen. I have had this beofre but can never remember the exact keystrokes needed.

The shortcut for curves is Ctrl+M dost that bring the box up?

Happily having gone back to the wide screen monitor there it is again - right as rain. I assume that the monitor creates a visible workspace that is outside the scale of the laptop screen. Dragged it back where it should be & all is well again!
