Can't sleep, been awake since 1.30, watched a bit of telly, had a couple of drinks and just back off to bed before I have to get up for work at six. Normallish night for me, it's amazing what STRESS does to you.
Might get a better nights sleep on the next couple of nights as I am off from tomorrow until Sunday, after that I am on duty manager standby so expect to get even less sleep next week!
