Microsoft Works 7.0 with Win 10

I have been using my MS Works 7.0 for some years, just tried to load this onto my computer with Win 10 and unable get it to load. Spect i will have to find a newer version. Will MS 9 work with win 10
Any ideas please.

There are various pages.......even MS ones, though they tend to the "let's bury it and make not straightforward" so here is one in your face page.

Run Old Software on Windows 10 with Compatibility Mode

Microsoft is looking toward the future with Windows 10, but you might have some older program that you still need to use, try Compatibility mode to make it work.

Ah! sorry it did not help as much as I thought it might

I was under the impression that in "compatibility mode" that you could run a 32 bit program even though the pc was running a 64 bit OS

Hopefully you will be able to find a suitable replacement for Works 7?

Are you completely set on Works? LibreOffice does a lot more, and is free:

Me too, and FWIW I was having a clear out and threw in the recycling an old manual for Works though cannot recall the version number

I am still using Microsoft Money 99 which was part of the Works Suite 99, I got it in 1998.
I had a problem loading in when I had Vista but it loaded with no problem on Windows 10!
