As title, M$ have slashed their prices for the OEM/System Builder copy to £42.49.

CCL in the UK also do free 1st class delivery on it too...

As long as you have a 64bit processor and minimum of a single core 1.4GHz CPU you should be good to go. Just remember if you are going to be upgrading from WHS v1, you will lose the Drive Extender capabilities.

There are options to get DE functionality:

With the larger advanced format drives that are now the norm, v1 is going to be less and less useful IMHO
