The language and syntax of the website suggests somewhere a tad further away from me, than London........

also google street view doesn't suggest a retail outlet of either the physical or online kind...........

however there is a valid U K (London) phone no.

I've used them a few times. Believe me, they exist - in a little quirky arty shopping centre, just near the British Museum. It's a small shop, absolutely piled high with stuff in boxes - I use it to get hold of cable releases and other small gubbins, because it's usually significantly cheaper. It's a one-man band operation.

Never used them online, but they sell stuff for exactly the same price in their physical shop. I've never had a problem with anything I've bought from there.

I used them a while ago and bought a Sigma lens from them. Arrived in good time as i ordered online, i wasnt happy with the lens as the built in motor was very loud (i under estimated it/didnt do enough review reading or research) and so sent it back.
The refund took 2 weeks but then they told me it would so cant complain really.
Only quibble is a foreign bloke answered the phone when i called in to check i could send it back, he didnt understand me and he was hard to understand.
I would use them again and tend to look at them while im looking for pricing.

A friend of mine bought a Canon 70-200mm f2.8 IS and 180mm macro from them for his 7D as he lives not far away. If I remember correctly they were a good price but grey imports .. couldn't swear on it though and a bit difficult to check as said friend is in Africa atm.

cheers all....

reassuring to know it does exist, before i part with my hard earned!
