Probably better in the normal Post Processing section rather than the tutorials bit here - I've asked for it to be moved. (y)

wouldn;t have thought DPP could do that.... you'd be wanting some HDR software.

Lots of free versions, I've tried them all, luminance, picturenaut, FDR Tools, FULLER LIST HERE

I used to use Dynamic Photo HDR, http://www.mediachance.com/hdri/, but changed to SNS-HDR http://www.sns-hdr.com/ more recently.

Whatcver you do - remember less is more. (y) :)

edit - tell a lie, apprently (according to Captain kimo in above FULLER LIST link), DPP can do HDR, latest version only though, it sounds a bit limited but maybe a good start if you're comfortable with it anyway?

You can process HDR images in DPP, I have version 13.14.15. When you have taken your three images, click on one of them and then click on "Tools", "Start HDR tool" is the fourth one down. It will then open a box where you can choose the images you want to merge.

If you can't find it, click on "Help" and then type in HDR.

ah thanks guys thats great thanks for all your help.
