Meopta Opemus 6 Colour 3 Enlarger Not Working.

I bought an enlarger over the weekend and whilst it looks brand new, I can't say how long it's been since last being used.
The bulb looks good, no broken filament. I found a glass fuse inside the transformer, it's a not fuse I've seen before so is
anyone able to say from the image if the fuse looks OK? I'd really appreciate any help.

As for the fuse.....could it be what used to be called a "slo-blow fuse"?

Most fuses will have information stamped (or printed?) around the metal end cap(s)......I think I can see a hint of such in your picture.
