i have bought a xd card from ebay and it is fine, if i were to buy another one and its a fake [ been reading some threads on ebay fake cards]
would it damage my camera?

could anybody recommend a site with good priced memory cards on?

i need xd and sd cards

You could always do a Google search and see what comes up as its always changing.

Personally I would never buy memory cards off ebay, as the prices are not that cheap.
 
It's not so much that it would damage your camera but that you could lose the picture of a lifetime.
 
ah i see.

has anyone bought a fake card and it worked fine and then just stopped working altogether?

cause all mine are fine dont think they are fake anyway.
 
I can reccommend play.com, however, I was in staples today looking for a micro sd card for my phone and was astonished how cheap sd cards are, they had staples own sd cards 2gb for £15.00.
 
I wouldn't recommend buying any memory cards from eBay, far too many 'good' fakes kicking about.

Ebay know all about it and will not do anything
