I would say use the same cards,you have been using in your D700,maybe a few larger sizes for the extra m/p count :)
 
Extreme Pro CF cards do seem to clear the buffer quicker than the 60 MB/s Extremes and for SD slot the 32GB Extreme Pro is not too expensive on Amazon.
 
ive a 16gig sandisk extreme 60MB/s in the big slot and just some generic 8gig class 6 card in the little slot for jpegs. Never noticed any lag or anything.
 
I'm guessing that much will depend on your shooting style, if you are basically single-shot then I can't think you will have any issues with your existing cards but if you are using continuous for sport or the like then you will probably benefit from a faster card as the resultant image files will be a lot larger than you have been used to.
 
I have a Sandisk Extreme Pro 16Gb (SD) and just carry on as before.
