Memory Cards for a 450D ?

What memory cards do you use in this camera ? You'll have to bear with me as im so new to all this and have yet to pick up my camera. I have been looking at the Sandisk sdhc 4gb or 8gb, i think they are the Ultra II ones. Would either of these be ok ?

i've got an 8Gb transcend in mine which surprised me greatly when i noticed it's transfer speeds peaking around 20Mb/s, quicker than an Ultra 2 (though the ultras are class 4 and this is a class 6)

i have a 2g sandisk SD and a 3 gig one, dead cheap on fleabay!
