memory advice please

I am looking to source some of those fast UDMA CF cards for my D300's....

Any ideas who, what, where and how much please?

I am not much of an internet shopper!

Or you could try here i,ve bought a few cards from there, normally takes about 4 days, but great prices if you don,t mind the wait, if the link does,nt work it,s a sandisk extreme iv 4gb card at £38 that includes the postage
