Hi,
I am heading out to Melbourne with work for 2 weeks and will have a weekend of me + camera so want to make the most of it... I really want to see some of the Nature... So I have done some research and found a few places to try but wanted to see if anyone has been to any of these places and had any thoughts?

Tower Hill State Game Reserve
Wilsons Promontory
Great Otway Park
I am thinking of 1 Day at the state game reserve so i can see some of the larger native wildlife and then a day at Wilsons Promontory to have a walk and hunt down some bugs/insects/butterflies..
Any thoughts or alternative locations... trying to keep the drive to 3 hours each way as don't want to spend my whole day driving!

P.S if anyone can recommend a park within walking distance from the centre of Melbourne where i will find bugs and insects that would also save me some time finding locations in the evening!
