I need a new router for Eeyore stable as it seems my 6 year old cable router is some what rubbish and keeps crashing...
In the stable we have 4 people most of the time with a total of 4 phones 4 computer 3 tablets 2 now tv boxes and a playstation connecting to a rubbish router via wifi
My plan is run a media server with our music and videos round the stable (server is currently a LG nas N2R1) so I figured it would be a good time to upgrade the router to something a little more powerful. I'd also like add a printer on the network too seeing as tho we have one.
I've been looking around at faster routers but I'm keen to see if anyone else has had any experiences as some of them run up to quite a few ££
So far I've looked at:
Asus RT-N66U
TP-Link Archer C7 AC1750
Both seem more then capable of the task but has anyone got one of these routers?
