Max number of images for a Panoramic in LR CC

Hi,

Is there a maximum number of photographs that you can put into LightRoom to make a Panoramic? I have it in my head that it is 5 but this may be false. If I am limited is there a better way of getting, say 9 images, as a Panoramic. I have a large panoramic in mind and will shoot in Portrait to get more in.

It's certainly not 5, if there is a limit, I'm not sure what it is, I think I've done 12 shot combines at least.

Edit: It's not an image count limit, it's a limit on the resulting image size.

There is a size limit of 65,000 pixels on the long side of a file or, 512 MP – whichever comes first.​
