Material for replacing light seals

So as some maybe aware I bought a Cosina PM-1 and while my first test roll does not seem to show light leakage. The seals are in pretty bad shape.

What should I use as a replacement, is there a special light seal material I can buy?

I use the black foam you get in A4 sheets in Hobbycraft and slice it into thin strips with a rotary blade paper trimmer.

Well that was easy enough. Need to shot a test roll make sure I haven't cocked up.
