Yes
(1:100, 400ml 12 frames, for 1 hr with 2 inversions at 20 & 40 mins).

The negatives came out quite well, but showed a few marks here and there that I don't think are down to me.

I get drying marks from time to time, they are not like this. The film is undamaged, has no creases or signs of drying marks as far as I can see.
The film is off a 17m bulk roll. An earlier film from that bulk roll, also in Rodinal (1:50, not semi-stand) also shows very similar marks. Not every frame has these marks, maybe half of all frames that include plain sky.
I'm beginning to suspect that these marks are on the film before I expose it.

Top 50% of frame crop.

It's Fomapan, these things tend to happen, I find. It's a very nice looking film in all three variants, but I've encountered defects on a number of occasions when using the film.

The marks you see are probably on all your shots, it's just that it's easy to see them on low contrast areas such as skies.
