No, I had (have?) not read the POTY rules properly, and thought I could post more than one entry per month (rather rules out the other 27 entries I have got ready to upload then)
I had thought that to be a valid entry I had to take the picture within the month of the competition, and posted a picture taken years ago.
However PC Booth noted that on 6.47pm, on the 3rd of February 2008, whilst heading in an easterly direction I did indeed post a second entry to aforementioned competition, and pulled me up on it. I confessed to the crime, muttered some excuse, and was let off with a gentle slap and a 'don't let me catch you doing that again, my son'
Well, it will save me digging out and scanning the amazing picture I have of my wife, just before giving birth to our first,Billie, side-on, wearing knickers and bra, with a huge fist poking out of her belly (no, not actually OUT, but Billie was clearly pushing and wanting to get out (be born)
Sadly, you will never see it (unless I can find it..)
