What you do is apply tariffs, buy stock when the market has collapsed, revoke the tariff and sell your stock when the market recovers :)
 
Someone made a very good point on here recently. Crash the market and buy stock dirt cheap. Then when it recovers they are even richer. I'd like to think that isn't what is happening, but you just don't know with this lot.
 
I can't help feel that Trump is trying to look after his top earning mates.
 
I can't help feel that he is quickly losing America it's credibility, trust and alies. This will be something that will take a long time with a different president to recover - if it ever does!
 
Well, we're straying on to Hot Topics territory here, but it would need a real leader to turn things around. I'm not sure there are any. The system doesn't exactly encourage them.
 
The ripple effect of the global stock markets is visible......it is just(?) a case of how when they will adjust to mitigate Trumps actions influence :thinking:
 
I come back to something I said in the HT thread....

That running a country is not like running a business............the negative effect is even more so, .especially when the person doing it has questionable business acumen & ethics :headbang::police:
