hi, my daugther is having problems and its well over my head. she has finished her project for school, but it will not load onto their system. when she tries she gets ' not enough memory then the program crashes'. the work is part of her exam course work and has to be in the very latest Friday. All the teacher can come up with is start again and if the new one loads then we can tell what is wrong with the first. which is a great help ( I will refrain from writing what I think of the teacher, but I'm sure you can work it out :lol:).
does anyone have any ideas on what to try

just looked at the camera she was using and if she used the photos and videos that are on there without resizeing them (which is more than possible) than the overall file size most be over 100mb. which from reading stuff on the net is way to big. so will go though it with her tonight and look, resize etc
