Hi people, new here, and fairly new to relatively serous (using the term lightly)
photography, anyway I have a Canon 550D and just bought myself a Canon 15-85mm 3.5-5 USM to replace a Sigma 17-70mm which I was never very happy with.
Anyway on with the questions, I know that the 15-85 is not an ideal macro lens, but I was wondering what size (cheap) extension ring would give me some reasonable shots? or should I just by a set? as I do have the old 15-55 kit lens, along with a cheap 50mm and a 70-300 which does take reasonable macro but the bugbear is the minimum focus distance.
Any advice welcome.
