I was under the impression that this NOTAM is a warning rather than an actual 'avoid'... Does it apply to the USAF as well as the RAF Paul?

Is the NOTAM because of Exercise Joint Warrior?
It is only a warning, but it means that forays through that piece of airspace will need to be justified. The USAF would be churlish to gaff off that warning.

Cheesy, can you have a look at link#1 and link#2 and tell us if that's the one you're referring to, please?
They appear to show that a NOTAM was issued today restricting flying in the area (on 14 September) that is related to the Wales Rally GB (13-16 September). Or it may be that I'm no good at reading NOTAMs!
