macbook pro on a normal monitor

im looking to stick my macbook pro onto a normal monitor for work use
what will i need to make this work

keyboard , mouse , vga adaptor looking to stick it on a table under my desk so no one knows it is there and can run it side by side on a pc starting to really really like the way mac's os sytem is and already my mackbook is getting used more and more

all needs to be bought today really as starting a new project thursday i have access to amazon prime account so need to buy of there pref

also will a normal pc keyboard work on the mac

"normal" keyboard will work fine, just a few keys will be in the "wrong" place/mislabeled.

any monitor will work provided you have the correct connector/adapter. what video out is the macbook?

I use an hdmi cable to the monitor and it works fine

thats is the part im trying to figure out jsut found a thunderbolt version to vga so ordered that one cant see any other out puts there seems to be lighting bolt and a Y figure i know the lighting bolt is the thunderbolt port but not sure n the other but thunderbolt version has been ordered

would this work fine on the mac really need wireless just so it can be moved out of the way of the other keyboard when needed instead of multikeyboards all over

if its a new macbook with thunderbolt then yes a thunderbolt to VGA will work if thats the only input available on the monitor?

I would only use VGA if there is nothing else around and only until a more modern monitor gets delivered by post. You have DVI, HDMI, display port and TB to chose from.
