MAC OSX Compatability

I am thinking of changing from windows PC to Apple iMac OSX, But will it mean changing My printer, hp photosmart pro B8850, scanners, hpScanjet 4010, Minolta Dimage scan dual 111, and my Blekin router, or will the MAC accept the software for these items.

If you need your scanners to work then get Vuescan. Minolta drivers stopped being available ages ago (I have a 5400ii). I think leopard was the last thing they worked on. Might even have only as far as tiger for the earlier scanners.
