Mac help needed PLEASE

Hi

I have 5 images in my Iphoto that I need to re size to 800 x 800 pixels and 200kb per file ?

any Idea how I do it

Bit of a gonk when it comes to things like this

Select picture. File>export then you can get the options for resizing etc.
