I'm starting my own "buzzard project". This is trying to lure them to a regular clearing in a woodland near my home. I'll then move the hide there and photograph them.
However, yesterday the project began. So I had a cut open pheasant displayed, and the trail camera shows that the only thing to turn up was a fox at night which cleared it away.
The weather has been awful though - yesterday had no wind but it was cloudy.
I'll be using rabbits more in the future, I have one pheasant left. Does anyone have ideas as to how to stop the fox feeding on it? Or ideas of how to lure the buzzard during the day? I'm guessing it's just a matter of waiting, letting the fox take it at night?

Good luck
