LR3 plug ins for blur effect

Any good ones out there for blur (gaussian type thing) ?

You could try simply setting the clarity slider to a negative number and using the brush tool to blur the area you want to soften. You can then adjust the slider to give you the level of blur you want.

It gives a what i'd call an orton effect. Good for portraits
