LR2 export EXIF data issues... anyone else experiencing this...?

Hi All

Since upgrading to LR2, I seem to be experiencing a serious lack of EXIF data on all images I export. In addition to this, all images seem to have Adobe colour space tagged instead of what I always use which is sRGB.

Anyone else experiencing anything similar...?

Wasn't this a bug for certain set up, Vista 64bit iirc, I'm sure there were some threads about it before. It might be worth trying their version 2.1 beta.

That's strange, I've not had the issue with my install...

I dont think my LR2 exports EXIF data properly either. How do you export it? I export to PSD because I usually finish off the pic in PS.

Check for the following in the export window.

Under File Settings that colour space is sRGB

Under Metadata that Minimize Embedded Metadata is not ticked.

I either export to jpg and use the Export to Zenfolio plug-in to place the images directly onto my Zenfolio gallery, or if I want to play with the image or just send to someone I export to jpg on the HDD.

Either way, there's no EXIF data exported, and the colour space is always Adobe rgb.

Check for the following in the export window.

Under File Settings that colour space is sRGB

Under Metadata that Minimize Embedded Metadata is not ticked.

Jo pxl8, yep, those settings are correct and are what I have on my export dialogue.

Odd. Try renaming your prefs file for LR and see if things improve.
