LR quick watermark question

Anyone know if its possible to add a graphic and text at once in LR 4? I dont think you can-but just want to check.

create it in another program such as CS5 then save as a .png.

Yes, you can but how depends on what exactly you're trying to do.

As said above create the image with the text you want in Photoshop and save as a png file. Use that as the watermark.
