I forgot to say that I emailed them in the end and they sent me a fix. It does work but the software is still unreliable and gives me a different experience each time, for example I just ordered some prints, it asked me what delivery I wanted, I chose 1st class for £3.x then on the next step it zeroed the cost of postage and changed the currency to dollars. I'm not 100% sure exactly how much it is going to cost.
The software does open all the images at first, we have located a quick fix for this. please see below
click on the HOME button, once on this page under where is says my account it will say Preferences
There is an option for Search Enclosed folders. Untick this box.
click back on Start Ordering where the images are showing hold down the ALT key on your keyboard, now click on the first folder ( little cross) This should delete all the images from the bottom.
Once they have all gone, you will now be able to click on Add images and search the relevant folder that you need.
Once finished delete the folder so that it is empty again and it will stay there.
