I think the main problem he has is his narrow range of expletives.

Reminds me of a story I remember of a farmer in one of the RAF training areas who was fed up of all the low level flying and painted a rather rude message to the pilots on his roof, the result being a dramatic increase in flying as the all made a point of flying close to it in order to see it (and bug him I suspect)
