I've already gone through the thought process of

If I get a tripod, mount it on a dolly, and use the centre post to adjust the height will it speed things up??

I can just see the models face as I ask her to hold the pose for 5 mins without moving!

You don't have to though hey, just one good frame of her face will do!... edit ,ah you mean all of her, anyway I thought keeping still is what models do.

I've tried this in the passed ...stitching was tricky, I made quite a mess of it to be honest ...his results are inspirational though.
