Lost Title Bar Mac / Lightroom

The part of the window I am referring to as the Title Bar is at the top of the active window with the red, yellow and green close, hide and max/min buttons. (just not sure if that is the correct terminology)

The problem is I have lost this Title Bar form Lightroom 4 and can't find a way to get it back! Can anyone help? I know I can still perform the same functions with shortcut keys and via the menus but would like my title bar back! I think it must be in Lightroom settings somewhere as only Lightroom is effected.

It is a lightroom setting. Without sitting at the computer and off the top of my head I think pressing F one or twice should bring it back

have you put it in full screen mode if so use esc key to come out of it

Command-F cycles between the three main window modes.
