Looking for places in or around Cromer

Having just received my 17-55 2.8 lens today, and going camping in Cromer for 4 days tomorrow I wondered if anybody would be able to offer me any places or locations I could get some good shots. I am hoping I might get some ok landscape shots with this lens but this is a brand new genre form me. I will have my hubby and two kids (7 & 9) with me so would like to have a rough idea of where to head to.

What sort of location are you looking for?

Cromer itself is an interesting seaside town with the beach, pier and seaside hotels. Wells-next-the-Sea is also an interesting town and just up the road. At the moment the fields of Norfolk are dotted with round bales as the harvest progresses between the showers, and that's a popular motif.

Nip across to Sheringham and you have the North Norfolk Railway who have their Steam Gala weekend this week (link).
