Looking for local sport

Hey all,

Just bought myself a 70-200 and want to go practice on some local sport. The only issue, I have absolutely no clue what you can and can't shoot, if I can just turn up at events, or even the best events to arrive at.

First thought was some local rugby or football, but even then I could do with some advice on how to find matches, best places to stand, if I need to talk to anyone before hand.

Any advice you could give a complete noob would be really appreciated. I'm in Dulwich (South London), happy to travel as I have a free weekend and need something to do.

There is Dulwich Hamlet, for one.

Look up on google for sport in Dulwich. There's bound to be sunday league as well.
I'd suggest you contact someone at the club before you turn up, just polite and most probably they will be pleased to see you.
